2. Free Revisions:
We offer a predetermined number of free revisions for each service provided, ensuring that your specific needs are met. Revisions are part of our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
3. Payment Structure:
Clients are invited to pay in advance through our online shop or upon completion of the service, subject to approval of credit (OAC). Our flexible payment approach is tailored to accommodate diverse financial preferences, ensuring comfort and assurance in the quality of our work. We maintain the discretion to extend or withhold credit depending on individual client assessments and past transaction histories.
4. Refund Eligibility:
We handle refunds with a fair and individualized approach under the following conditions:
- If no free revisions have been utilized and the initial delivery does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
- If, even after utilizing the allotted free revisions, the final product does not align with the agreed-upon specifications.
- If a cancellation is requested before the commencement of any part of the service.
Please be aware that any portion of the service that has been delivered and accepted by you is not eligible for a refund. Moreover, the act of publishing or publicly using any content implies your acceptance of the work, thereby making it ineligible for a refund.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
To ensure fairness and respect for the time and effort of our dedicated team, we are unable to offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Service Completion: If the service has been completed and delivered in accordance with the agreement specifications.
- Approval of Revisions: If the content or service has been revised and subsequently approved by you.
- Usage in Publishing: If any part of the content, service deliverables, or associated research (including keyword research) has been published, or utilized in any part of the publishing process.
- External Factors: When dissatisfaction arises from factors beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in market conditions, alterations made by third parties to the client’s website, or miscommunications not attributable to Hyperwave Media Group Ltd.
In all instances, we strive to work with our clients to ensure the highest level of satisfaction within the realistic confines of our service provision.
6. Liability Limitation:
Hyperwave Media Group Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the services and content provided. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profit, business interruption, loss of business opportunity, or changes in search engine rankings, website traffic, or revenue, whether such losses or damages are claimed under contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and regardless of whether Hyperwave Media Group Ltd. was advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Refund Process:

8. Legal Compliance:
